Second time using urban, very satisfied

you should offer more than 60 minutes massages.

Jess was very professional and prompt. The massage was a gift for my partner and he thoroughly enjoyed it and had a lovely relaxing afternoon following his treatment!

Great service, so convenient. I had a muscle pain from running. Went on to the app at 9am to book a sport’s massage and got a masseur by 10am. He was super professional, full PPE and did a great job.

You have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The ppl working for you are the worst in handling complaints and ppl. So rude and entitled. I wish I never bought the product because the way your ppl speak to their customers, it's do racist and discriminatary. This is echoed by others as well. You have the worst ppl working for you

The practitioner came 18.30 and was out of the door 19.59
This means the set up time and packing up time in effect 15-20 min I paid for.
With the many massages I had from urban I’d say more than 25 this was never the case. The time booked was always the time receiving the massage.
I also think he was inexperienced and had little of a systematic approach.
Given the price increases over the years now amounting of around 30% from when urban started I would expect more
